Who Takes the Classes?
Classes are equally split between men and women. Most people are young adults in their 20’s, 30’s and 40’s, but we have people in their 60’s and kids as young as 10.
What is a class like?
Each class consists of a 12 round circuit, with 3 minutes of work and 1 minute rest. Each round involves a different activity, including hitting the heavy bag, working with a coach on the punch mitts, hitting speed and double end bags, doing drills with a coach on a focus master and wall bag. Classes finish with abdominal training. Each class lasts 55 minutes.

Fantastic cardiovascular and muscular endurance training. Whether you want to add muscle, body sculpt, lose fat or cross train for other sports, our workouts will work. We also teach REAL boxing technique, so legitimate self defense skills are developed.
